The current threat

A federal deadline is coming

December 11, 2026

A 2025 federal spending law rewrites the definition of hemp and caps finished products at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. Congress pushed the start date one month, to December 11, 2026. That is a delay, not a fix. A cap that low would end hemp THC beverages and most hemp consumables.

What we stand for

Regulate, don't ban

Clear rules beat prohibition. A ban sends customers to unregulated sellers and costs Texans their jobs.

21+ with ID

Adults only, with an ID check at every sale. We support it and we follow it.

Testing and labeling

Every product tested by a lab and labeled with what is in it, so consumers know what they are buying.

Keep Texas jobs

Farmers, processors, retailers and brands across the state depend on a legal, regulated market.
